A six-head automatic pick and place machine for larger boards, higher feeder capacity and medium-batch SMT production, with a 500 × 370 mm work area and 64 feeder ports.
The standard package includes an automatic conveyor system, computer and monitor, nozzle set, PPM operation software, pneumatic and electric feeder-ready ports, and waffle tray mounting brackets.
The QM6064 is designed for manufacturers that need more feeder capacity, a larger working area and higher placement throughput. Its 500 × 370 mm PCB area makes it well suited for larger boards, panelized assemblies and mixed component jobs.
The vision system combines six high-speed identification cameras with one HD high-precision camera for fine-pitch components such as ICs and BGAs. The machine can recognize and pick with all six heads while automatic board positioning and fiducial correction support repeatable production.
