The top model in the QM lineup combines eight placement heads, 80 feeder positions and a 500 × 380 mm working area for the highest estimated throughput in the range.
Feeders are sold separately. The standard package includes the automatic conveyor, computer and monitor, PPM software, 16 assorted nozzles, feeder-ready ports and one matrix tray bracket.
The QM8080 is designed for higher-throughput in-house SMT production. Its eight placement heads and 80 feeder positions increase component capacity while the 500 × 380 mm work area supports larger PCB assemblies.
The vision system combines eight high-speed identification cameras, one HD high-precision camera and a downward-looking mark camera for component recognition, fine-pitch alignment and automatic PCB positioning.
