The QM2040 is a table-top automatic pick and place machine with two placement heads and a 40-feeder capacity. It is intended for companies that want to bring prototype and small-batch SMT assembly in-house without moving immediately to a larger production machine.
Its vision system supports automatic component centering for common SMT packages including SOP, QFP and BGA devices. Programming can be performed through the machine software using camera-assisted teach mode or by importing component coordinate data.
