Temperature-controlled 60W desoldering station with a built-in diaphragm vacuum pump, 280–450°C tip temperature range and strong suction for efficient solder removal from PCBs and through-hole assemblies.
The ML-859 combines heating, vacuum suction and temperature control in one bench-top station, making it a practical choice for desoldering and rework operations.
The ML-859 is a temperature-controlled ESD desoldering station composed of an air pump section, heating section, transfer section and control section. Its built-in diaphragm pump eliminates the need for a separate external vacuum system, helping keep the station compact and convenient to use on the bench.
While operating, the station heats the desoldering tip and creates negative pressure to draw melted solder into the filter pipe. Closed-loop temperature control helps maintain stable working conditions, while the low-voltage heating supply and ESD-safe construction support safer electronics rework.
