Combined hot-air rework and soldering station with independent controls, digital temperature display and 700W total power for PCB assembly, component removal and electronics repair.
The 704ESD combines a hot-air rework handpiece and temperature-controlled soldering iron in one compact bench-top system.
The SMTmax 704ESD combines a temperature-controlled soldering iron and a hot-air rework handpiece in a single unit. This makes it useful for general PCB soldering, component removal, SMD rework and repair work where both contact soldering and controlled hot air are needed at the same bench.
The hot-air side uses a diaphragm pump and adjustable airflow with a working temperature below 100°C to 500°C. The soldering side operates from a 24V AC output with a 200°C to 480°C working range and ±2°C temperature stability.
