The AE-400G is designed for inline PCB handling between SMT machines. A hand-crank width adjustment accommodates boards from 40 mm to 340 mm wide, while the variable-speed edge-belt conveyor can be adjusted from 0.5 to 20 meters per minute to match different production requirements.
An integrated inspection/work table gives the operator a convenient station for board handling or visual inspection. The conveyor supports automatic start and stop operation and is SMEMA compatible for integration into an SMT production line.
